Our stay at the Renaissance Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and welcoming, and every part of the property feels thoughtfully designed and well cared for. The lobby, common areas, and rooms were all spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible view of the Las Vegas Strip. Waking up and looking out over the lights and energy of the city was an experience in itself and made the stay feel even more special. The on-site restaurant was another standout. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was exceptional. It was so convenient to have such a great dining option right inside the hotel, and it truly added to the overall experience. What really stood out, though, was the level of hospitality throughout the entire hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the experience feel truly special. It’s clear that guest comfort and service are a top priority here. Whether you’re traveling for business or a relaxing getaway, the Renaissance Hotel delivers an exceptional experience. We felt comfortable, valued, and well taken care of the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very nice. Clean hotel. Not on the strip but perfect for catching the Monorail next to Las Vegas convention center. My only issue is they came in prematurely before my checkout to take all the towels and sheets. Not sure why you would come into room to take towels without replacing them.

Great spot. Close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough from the strip to avoid insane pricing. The best view I have seen of the Sphere external visualization was here. Onsite bar/restaurant is quite nice. Walkable to the Vegas Exhibition Center.

I stayed at the Renaissance Las Vegas during a convention and wanted to highlight both the standouts and a few observations from my visit. From the moment I checked in—and every night after when I picked up my complimentary tickets—I asked the same questions about my options. Each time, I received the standard answers that didn’t quite fit my situation. On my last night, I met Suzanne, and she immediately understood what I needed. She listened, asked the right questions, and offered the tickets that truly worked for my circumstances rather than defaulting to the corporate script. That level of care and attention deserves real recognition. Housekeeping was consistently warm, and my room was spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. The restaurant team greeted guests with kindness every time, even during the heavy post-convention rush. The bartenders were also incredibly professional, but it’s clear they’re overworked. They handle huge crowds with grace, but additional staff would make a noticeable difference—for both their workload and the guest experience. The best service comes when staff have even a few seconds to connect rather than being rushed nonstop. There was also a gentleman at the front door who made every entrance feel welcoming and cheerful. He’s easy to recognize—always upbeat and clicking his pen with quick energy. When he wasn’t working, the level of hospitality at the door noticeably shifted. Another team member who maintains the outside area was equally attentive, constantly checking ashtrays, clearing the space, and even making sure guests were safe by checking behind the bushes. His detail-oriented nature really stood out. Overall, I had a great stay because of the people who take pride in what they do. A few staffing adjustments in key areas would elevate the experience even more, but the standout employees here genuinely made my week better.

Solid convention-area hotel that's often overlooked. Clean, modern rooms with good beds. Close to the convention center and monorail. Less expensive than Strip hotels. Good for business travelers. A practical choice that delivers reliable quality without the resort chaos.

We stayed at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel for a conference and had a fantastic experience! From the start, we were assisted by Yousef, who explained everything about check-in, hotel amenities, and facilities in a very warm and professional way. Thank you, Yousef, for making us feel so welcome! Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. It was well-equipped with coffee and tea, water, and all the essentials. The housekeeping team was respectful and always made sure our room stayed neat and tidy. The staff at Zio’s were friendly and professional — always ready to help. Big shout-out to Christy, Luis, and the kind lady who worked on weekends during our stay. The Club Lounge team was also amazing — John and the two ladies who took care of breakfast were attentive, warm, and professional. We also enjoyed the 24/7 fitness center — such a great bonus! Check-out was smooth and easy, too. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — great stay, great staff, and memorable service. The location requires a bit of walking to main attractions, but that was fine for us since we love to walk. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and hospitality!

Great place off strip to stay. Right on a monorail stop, super close to the convention center (SEMA). Rooms were clean and beds were nice. Steakhouse was really good for the price point (affordable). Free drinks at checkin, great spot
